The course contains the required 20-hours of SAFE Comprehensive material. This course satisfies the current National Mortgage License System (NMLS) educational requirement .
This Course is also a Tri-Credit Course at Spencer Only for TREC,SML, and NMLS

Register for our 2-day Loan originator Exam PREP course. Remember, once you pay the initial fee for the PREP you may take our PREP as many times as you want.  We also include a NMLS Exam Simulator Provided by Pearson VUE. "Spencer Training is a Athorized Pearson Vue Testing Center"

The state exam fee is $48 plus an additional $9.95 for fingerprinting.

State Exam Information for Loan Originators

• 75 computer generated multiple choice questions.
• 2 hour time limit for English Version
• 3 hour time limit for Spanish and ESL version

National Exam Information for the National S.A.F.E. Mortgage Loan Originator exam:

• The National exam fee is $92.
• If you do not pass after 3 times, then there is a 6-month waiting period.
• 100 computer generated multiple choice questions.
• 3 hour time limit for English Version

All licensees must submit fingerprints through NMLS for a criminal background check at time of filing form MU4 in NMLS.
