sources of buyer clients.

Short Sales & Foreclosures
(SFR)

For many real estate
professionals, short sales
and foreclosures are the
new "traditional" real
estate transaction.
Knowing how to help
sellers maneuver the
complexities of short
sales as well as help
buyers pursue short sale
and foreclosure
opportunities are not
merely good skills to have
in today’s market – they
are critical. And while
short sales and
foreclosures are not for
the faint of heart, agents
with the proper tools and
training can use these
specialty areas to guild
their business for the
long term.
Designed for real estate
professionals at all
experience levels, the
National Association of
REALTORS® (NAR) Short
Sales & Foreclosure
Resource certification, or
SFR for short, gives you a
framework for
understanding how to:
-
Direct distressed
sellers to finance,
tax, and legal
professionals
- Qualify sellers
for short sales
- Develop a
short-sale package
- Negotiate with
lenders
- Tap into buyer
demand
- Safeguard your
commission
- Limit risk
- Protect buyers
Senior Real Estate
Specialist (SRES)

Adults aged 50+ represent
more than 20% of the U.S.

their largest asset and
account for most of their
net worth. Completion of
the Seniors Real Estate

essential step for

the distinct real estate
goals, concerns, and needs
of seniors today. This

options, from
age-restricted communities
to age-in-place design to
assisted living;
applications of the
Housing for Older Persons
Act (HOPA); the ins and
outs of reverse mortgages;
the use of pensions, 401k
accounts, and IRAs in real

developing a team of

The Americas and
International real-estate
(CHIPS)
Last
year 6 million ¼” drills
were sold and the people
buying didn't even want
them! What did they want?
Holes. The drill was a
means to an end. That too
is the role of a real
estate agent, helping
people get what they
really want—property
ownership. In
international real estate
you can never have enough
information. Sifting,
sorting and analyzing the
data is a large part of
facilitating a successful
international transaction.
As we explore the
Americas, statistics will
be used to compare
individual countries,
examine their patterns of
growth and determine their
investment potential.

bolts education included

methods we teach you is
what makes the CFS stand
worlds apart from anyone

competitive product,
class, training or offer.

business, the generic
forms used for listings
and sales and disclosures,
the importance of tracking
time frames in contracts
and listings, and what
actions a licensed or an
unlicensed REPA legally
may perform, etc.
